一种风电叶片称重算法研究

Research on a weighing algorithm for wind turbine blades

摘要 风电叶片行业主要采用地磅与吊钩秤两种称重方式。吊钩秤称重方式人工测距、起吊等实际操作存在误差,对结果影响较大,导致称重精度低,可重复性差;固定式地磅称重方式占用固定工位,影响生产布局。基于以上两种称重方式,针对称重过程中存在的安全系数低、精度误差大、叶片流转难度大等问题,提出一种用于移动式称重设备的质量矩计算方法,通过计算前后地磅角点及受力质心点的坐标,得出受力质心位置连线在X方向的距离,进一步换算到叶片轴线方向;通过坐标计算补偿前后地磅倾斜带来的误差;通过传感器得出的重量数据即可求得叶片真实质量矩,为叶片行业质量参数的计算及移动式称重设备的应用提供参考。 The wind power blade industry mainly adopted two weighing methods:truck scales and hook scales.The hook scale weighing method was affected by errors in actual operations such as manual distance measurement and hoisting,which had a significant impact on the results,leading to low weighing accuracy and poor repeatability.The fixed truck scale weighing method occupied fixed workstations,affecting the production layout.Based on these two weighing methods,aiming at the problems existing in the weighing process,such as low safety factor,large precision error,and great difficulty in blade circulation,a mass moment calculation method for mobile weighing equipment was proposed.By calculating the coordinates of the front and rear truck scale corner points and the force centroid point,the distance of the connection line of the force centroid positions in the X direction was obtained,and further converted to the blade axis direction.The error caused by the inclination of the front and rear truck scales was compensated through coordinate calculation.The true mass moment of the blade could be obtain through the weight data from the sensors,providing a reference for the calculation of quality parameters in the blade industry and the application of mobile weighing equipment.
