摘要
本文详细介绍了自备电厂地磅自动化改造方案和优点,着重讨论了地磅控制系统硬件部分、软件结构配置及其控制装置原理的优化改造措施和方案,以及在优化改造中解决问题的办法,对于一些老旧地磅系统无人值守升级改造具有一定借鉴意义。
This paper introduces in detail the automation transformation scheme and advantages of the weighbridge in the self-provided power plant,focusing on the hardware part,software structure configuration,control device principle,control scheme optimization transformation of the original weighbridge control system,as well as the solutions to the problems encountered in the transformation.It has certain reference significance for some old weighbridge systems to upgrade and transform unattended.
