摘要
新时代视域下的中小学劳动教育,在落实立德树人根本任务、缓解学生的学习压力、成就学生的幸福人生、提高学生的生存能力等方面,具有十分重要的意义。但目前,中小学劳动教育实践存在学校对劳动教育重视不足、劳动教育师资力量薄弱、劳动教育方式方法单一、家长劳动教育观念淡薄等问题,这在一定程度上影响了劳动教育的实施效果。基于此,中小学校要提高对劳动教育的重视程度,加强劳动教育师资队伍建设,创新劳动教育实施方式,并充分发挥家庭教育的作用,引导学生树立正确的劳动观念,提升劳动能力,养成良好的劳动习惯,形成优秀品质,成长为德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人。
Labor education in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of the new era is of great significance in implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,alleviating students'learning pressure,achieving students'happy lives,and improving their survival abilities.However,currently,there are problems in the practice of labor education in primary and secondary schools,such as insufficient emphasis on labor education in schools,weak teaching staff for labor education,single methods of labor education,and weak labor education concepts among parents,which to some extent affect the implementation effect of labor education.Based on this,primary and secondary schols should increase their emphasis on labor education,strengthen the construction of labor education teacher teams,innovate the implementation methods of labor education,and fully leverage the role of family education to guide students to establish correct labor concepts,improve labor abilities,cultivate good labor habits,form excellent qualities,and grow into well-rounded new generations of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.
