公共文化服务设施建设对文化产业高质量发展的作用机制研究:基于省域面板数据的分析

摘要公共文化服务设施的建设是文化产业高质量发展的关键驱动力,探究公共文化服务设施建设对文化产业高质量发展的作用机制,把握内在的逻辑关联,可以探寻促进文化产业高质量发展新思路。基于我国各省面板数据,利用熵值法、综合评价法、固定效应模型等方法分析公共文化服务设施建设对文化产业高质量发展的促进机制。研究结果表明,公共文化服务设施的建设能够在创新潜力、经济效益、社会效益三个领域显著持续促进文化产业的高质量发展,创新潜力是推动文化产业高质量发展的关键因素,各地区公共文化服务设施建设水平和文化产业高质量发展水平不平衡。建议各地区立足优秀传统文化,以数字化转型激发文化产业创新潜力,健全公共文化服务体系建设。 The construction of public cultural service facilities is the key driving force for the high-quality development of the cultural industry.Exploring the mechanism of the construction of public cultural service facilities on the high-quality development of the cultural industry,and grasping the internal logical correlation,we can explore new ideas for promoting the high-quality development of the cultural industry.Based on the panel data of each province in China,the entropy method,comprehensive evaluation method,fixed effect model and other methods are used to analyse the promotion mechanism of the construction of public cultural service facilities on the high-quality development of cultural industry.The results of the study show that the construction of public cultural service facilities can significantly and continuously promote the high-quality development of the cultural industry in the three areas of innovation potential,economic benefits and social benefits,innovation potential is a key factor in promoting the high-quality development of the cultural industry,and the level of construction of public cultural service facilities and the level of high-quality development of the cultural industry is unbalanced in each region.It is suggested that all regions should base on excellent traditional culture,stimulate the innovation potential of cultural industry by digital transformation,and improve the construction of public cultural service system.
