不停机状态设备运行状态实时检测方法研究

摘要 现有的检测方法在检测过程中需要中断设备才能运行,延长了检测所需的时间。此外,检测过程中的人为操作失误以及设备老化会导致检测精度下降。针对这些问题,提出不停机状态设备运行状态实时检测方法。使用红外热像仪作为采集装置,根据接收到的辐射能,利用反推计算的方式确定设备表面的温度数据。根据完善后的温度数据,通过生成热力图,分析图中的温度异常区域,可以检测设备的异常运行情况。实验结果表明,实验组能够在6 s内迅速完成对目标温度的精确测量,在测温效率上实现了显著提升;检测温度值为50℃,与真实值较为一致,检测误差较小。该方法展现出了最佳的检测效果,确保设备实时运行状态检测结果更为精确。 Existing detection methods require the interruption of equipment operation during the detection process,thereby prolonging the time needed for detection.Furthermore,human operational errors and equipment aging during the detection process can lead to a decline in detection accuracy.To address these issues,a real-time detection method for equipment operating status without shutdown has been proposed.In this method,an infrared thermal imager is employed as the acquisition device to determine the surface temperature data of the equipment through reverse calculation based on the received radiant energy.By generating a thermal map from the refined temperature data and analyzing the temperature anomaly regions within the map,abnormal operating conditions of the equipment can be detected.Experimental results indicate that the experimental group can swiftly complete precise measurements of the target temperature within 6 seconds,achieving a significant improvement in temperature measurement efficiency.The detected temperature value of 50℃is relatively consistent with the true value,demonstrating a small detection error.This method exhibits the optimal detection performance,ensuring more accurate real-time detection results for equipment operating status.
