摘要
煤矿环境中的电磁干扰、信号衰减等因素会影响数据传输稳定性,进而导致设备状态监测性能下降,对此,提出一种数字孪生技术下煤矿工作面设备状态监测方法。首先,根据机会蚂蚁群集网络架构的信号频域表征传播过程实现煤矿工作面设备状态信号采集,以提高数据传输的可靠性。然后,在完成信号采集后,组建煤矿工作面设备在信息空间的数字孪生模型,建立设备实体和模型之间的映射关系,获取设备的实时运行状态特征数据。最后,采用k-近邻算法获取实时特征数据和历史数据之间的欧式距离,最终利用前k个距离对应的设备历史运行状态数据完成煤矿工作面设备状态监测。通过仿真分析表明,所提方法的监测效果较好,有利于确保煤矿工作面设备的正常运行。
Electromagnetic interference and signal attenuation in the coal mine environment will affect the stability of data transmission,which will lead to the decline of the equipment condition monitoring performance,in this regard,a method of coal mine working face equipment condition monitoring under digital twin technology is proposed.First of all,according to the propagation process of the signal frequency domain characterization of the ant colony network architecture of opportunity to realize the coal mine working face equipment condition signal acquisition,in order to improve the reliability of data transmission.Then,after signal acquisition,the digital twin model of coal mine working face equipment in information space is formed,and the mapping relationship between equipment entities and the model is established to obtain the real-time operating state characteristic data of the equipment.Finally,the knearest neighbor algorithm is used to obtain the Euclidean distance between the real-time feature data and the historical data,and the historical operating state data of the equipment corresponding to the first k distances are finally utilized to complete the monitoring of the coal mine working face equipment state.Simulation analysis shows that the proposed method has good monitoring effect,which is conducive to ensuring the normal operation of coal mine working face equipment.
