摘要
冰箱制造行业为了节能降耗,提升食材保鲜能力,引入了真空绝热板(VIP)技术,然而,在箱体发泡环节,多种VIP箱体共用同一夹具进行发泡时,人工设定注料量的模式难以满足高精度、高稳定性的控制要求,成为制约冰箱发泡工艺质量提升和行业技术革新的瓶颈。为此,提出了一种基于制造执行系统(MES)云边协同的数字化控制方法,通过构建先进先出(FIFO)队列管理机制,优化PLC时序组合策略以及设计设定值与实际值的动态反馈控制系统,有效实现了冰箱发泡注料的精准控制。实验结果表明,在实际生产环境中,该方法显著提升了注料工艺的稳定性和准确性,提高了冰箱发泡的工艺质量。
In the refrigerator manufacturing industry,Vacuum Insulation Panel(VIP)technology has been introduced to save energy,reduce consumption,and enhance the food preservation capability.However,when multiple VIP cabinets share the same fixture for foaming during the cabinet foaming process,the manually-set material injection volume mode fails to meet the requirements for high-precision and high-stability control,thus becoming a bottleneck that restricts the improvement of refrigerator foaming process quality and technological innovation in the industry.To address this issue,a digital control method based on cloud-edge collaboration of the Manufacturing Execution System(MES)has been proposed.Through the construction of a First-In-First-Out(FIFO)queue management mechanism,the optimization of PLC timing sequence combination strategies,and the design of a dynamic feedback control system for set values and actual values,precise control over refrigerator foaming material injection has been effectively achieved.Experimental results demonstrate that,in actual production environments,this method has significantly improved the stability and accuracy of the material injection process,thereby enhancing the process quality of refrigerator foaming.
