摘要
箱体发泡技术是商用冷柜保温性能的核心,发泡技术包括:发泡设备、发泡工艺、发泡材料,其中设备和工艺又涉及智能化、绿色低碳等技术的应用。通过发泡技术、材料、生产工艺优化和结构设计,可显著提升商用冷柜的能效和可靠性。本文围绕商用冷柜箱体发泡设备的技术现状、关键工艺、设备创新及绿色发展趋势等方面展开分析。通过研究高压发泡工艺、真空发泡技术、自动化生产线设计等核心环节,提出多枪充注系统、快速脱模体系、智能化控制等解决方案,并探讨低导热系数材料与低碳工艺的应用前景。研究结果表明,发泡设备的优化可显著提升冷柜能效与生产效率,同时推动全产业链绿色转型。
The box foaming technology is the core of the heat preservation performance of commercial refrigerators.The foaming technology includes:foaming equipment,foaming process,and foaming materials.Among them,the equipment and process involve the application of intelligent,green,and low-carbon technologies.Through the optimization of foaming technology,materials,production processes,and structural design,the energy efficiency and reliability of commercial refrigerators can be significantly improved.This article focuses on the technical status,key processes,equipment innovation,and green development trends of commercial refrigerator box foaming equipment and conducts an analysis.By studying core links such as high-pressure foaming process,vacuum foaming technology,and automated production line design,solutions such as multi-gun charging system,rapid demolding system,and intelligent control are proposed,and the application prospects of low thermal conductivity materials and low-carbon processes are discussed.The research results show that the optimization of foaming equipment can significantly improve the energy efficiency and production efficiency of refrigerators and promote the green transformation of the entire industrial chain.
