摘要
冀东地区饮食文化在长期的族群接触中产生了融合,展现了地域饮食文化新特色。多元的饮食文化很大程度上蕴含着地域特色、民族习惯。本文以冀东地区为例,通过文旅政策探析该地区饮食文化融合与民族认同的互动关系。总结冀东地区饮食文化融合在促进民族认同中发挥的作用,并探讨加强民族餐饮可持续发展的建议。冀东地区民族餐饮业应注意挖掘和传承当地民族餐饮文化,鼓励创新与改良,加强推广与宣传,促进民族交流与文化融合。
The food culture of the Jidong region has been integrated in the long-term ethnic contact,showing new characteristics of regional food culture.The diversified food culture largely contains regional characteristics and ethnic habits.By taking Jidong region as an example,this paper explores the interactive relationship between the integration of food culture and ethnic identity in the region through cultural and tourism policies.It summarises the role played by the integration of food culture in Jidong region in promoting ethnic identity and discusses the suggestions for strengthening the sustainable development of ethnic catering.The ethnic catering industry in the Jidong region should pay attention to the excavation and inheritance of local ethnic catering culture,encourage innovation and improvement,strengthen promotion and publicity and promote ethnic exchange and cultural integration.
