摘要
探讨自主学习能力培养在肿瘤专科医院护理实习生中的临床应用效果。选取2022年7月1日—2024年3月13日在广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院实习的42名护理实习生作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为试验组和对比组,每组21名,对比组采用常规带教模式,试验组采用自主学习能力培养的带教模式,对比两组实习生对理论知识和实际操作的掌握程度、带教满意度及自主学习能力。结果显示,试验组护理实习生对理论知识和实际操作的掌握情况均显著优于对比组(P<0.05);试验组护理实习生对于带教的满意程度显著高于对比组(P<0.05);试验组护理实习生的自主学习能力显著强于对比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,自主学习能力培养能够有效提升肿瘤专科医院护理实习生的临床实习效果,并提高学生的自主学习能力和带教满意度,具有临床应用价值。
To explore the clinical application effect of cultivating autonomous learning ability in nursing interns of cancer hospitals.A total of 42 nursing interns who practiced at Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University from July 1,2022 to March 13,2024 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by a random number table method,with 21 interns in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the teaching mode focusing on cultivating autonomous learning ability.The mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical operations,teaching satisfaction,and autonomous learning ability of the interns in the two groups were compared.The results showed that the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical operations of nursing interns in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of nursing interns in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the autonomous learning ability of nursing interns in the experimental group was significantly stronger than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that cultivating autonomous learning ability can effectively improve the clinical internship effect of nursing interns in cancer hospitals,enhance their autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction,and thus has clinical application value.
