摘要
探究护理安全干预对消毒供应中心消毒供应物品质量及临床满意度的影响。选取广西壮族自治区人民医院消毒供应中心实施护理安全干预模式前后(实施前:2022年1月—2022年12月;实施后:2023年2月—2023年12月)各400件重复使用医疗器械作为研究对象,分别设为对照组与试验组,比较两组在消毒供应质量、供应风险事件发生率及临床科室对供应室满意度。结果显示,试验组各项消毒供应质量的合格率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),供应风险事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组在医护质量评分和消毒物品质量评分方面均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,护理安全干预措施可有效提高消毒供应中心消毒供应物品质量并改善临床满意度,具有临床应用推广价值。
This study aims to explore the impact of nursing safety intervention on the quality of sterilization and supply items in the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)and clinical satisfaction.A total of 400 reusable medical devices from the CSSD of the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected before and after the implementation of the nursing safety intervention mode(before implementation:January 2022—December 2022;after implementation:February 2023—December 2023),which were respectively set as the control group and the experimental group.The quality of sterilization and supply,the incidence of supply risk events,and the satisfaction of clinical departments with the CSSD were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the qualification rates of all items related to sterilization and supply quality in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of supply risk events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of medical care quality and the quality of sterilized items in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study concludes that nursing safety intervention measures can effectively improve the quality of sterilization and supply items in the CSSD and enhance clinical satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
