摘要
目的:探讨前馈控制系统在消毒供应中心职业防护安全管理中的应用效果。方法:选择江西省某三甲肿瘤专科医院消毒供应中心的25名工作人员为研究对象,2018年1月至12月期间设为对照组,在此期间实施常规职业防护;2019年1月至12月期间设为干预组,此期间在常规职业防护的基础上采用前馈控制干预。比较实施前馈控制系统前后工作人员职业暴露发生率、护理工作质量及防护知识与防护行为得分的差异。结果:实施前馈控制干预后消毒供应中心工作人员的职业暴露发生率明显降低(P<0.05);其护理工作质量得分、防护知识和防护行为得分均高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前馈控制系统应用于消毒供应中心职业防护的安全管理中,能够有效减少职业暴露发生率,提高供应中心工作质量,保障院感安全。
Objective:To study the application effect of feedforward control system in occupational safety management of disinfection supply center.Methods:Twenty-five staff members from the disinfection supply center of a class three grade A tumor hospital in Jiangxi Province were selected as the subjects of the study and set as the control group from January to December 2018,during which routine occupational protection was implemented.From January to December 2019,The staff members were assigned to the intervention group.During this period,feedforward control intervention was adopted on the basis of conventional occupational protection.The differences of occupational exposure incidence,nursing quality,protective knowledge and protective behavior scores were compared before and after the implementation of feedforward control system.Results:The incidence of occupational exposure of staff in the disinfection supply center was significantly reduced after the implementation of feedforward control intervention(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality,protective knowledge and protective behavior were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The feed-forward control system is applied in the safety management of occupational protection in the disinfection supply center,which can effectively reduce the incidence of occupational exposure,improve the quality of work in the supply center,and ensure hospital safety.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
