新品系杂交狼尾草的酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤木质素预测研究

摘要 试验旨在建立狼尾草属牧草品质的预测模型,为预测狼尾草属牧草品质提供一种简单、快速、具有普适性的方法。试验以新品系杂交狼尾草为材料,测定其群体指标、农艺性状和营养物质含量,对品系杂交狼尾草各个指标进行相关性分析,选择有显著性的指标进行回归分析,建立预测模型。结果显示,酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤木质素与植株的绝对株高、茎叶比呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与分蘖数、叶面积指数呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。拟合方程为y=0.025x+0.018z-0.049i-7.450j+39.800的模型适用于对狼尾草酸性洗涤纤维的快速预测;拟合方程为y=15.642j-3.683x+0.062z+0.209i+45.210的模型适用于对中性洗涤纤维的快速预测;拟合方程为y=0.019z-0.382x+0.077i+0.318j+1.840的模型适用于对酸性洗涤木质素的快速预测。研究表明,绝对株高、茎叶比、分蘖数、叶面积指数可作为预测新品系杂交狼尾草酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤木质素的主要指标。 The experiment aimed to establish the prediction model of Pennisetum grass quality and provide a simple,rapid and universal new method and technology for the prediction of Pennisetum grass quality.Using the new Pennisetum americanum as the material to determine its population index,agronomic traits and nutrient content.The correlation analysis of each index of the new Pennisetum americanum was carried out,and the significant indexes were selected for regression analysis to establish the prediction model.The results showed that acid detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent lignin were extremely positively correlated with the absolute plant height and stem-leaf ratio of the plants(P<0.01),and extremely negatively correlated with the number of tillers and leaf area index(P<0.01).The model with the fitting equation of y=0.025x+0.018z-0.049i-7.450 j+39.800 was suitable for the rapid prediction of acid detergent fiber of Pennisetum americanum.The fitting equation of y=15.642j-3.683x+0.062z+0.209i+45.210,which was applicable to the rapid prediction of neutral detergent fibers.The model with the fitting equation of y=0.019z-0.382x+0.077i+0.318j+1.840 was suitable for the rapid prediction of acid detergent lignin.The study shows that absolute plant height,stem-leaf ratio,tillering number,and leaf area index can be used as the main indicators for predicting acidic detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber,and acidic detergent lignin of new Pennisetum americanum.
