摘要
为探讨粪肥配施化肥对达日县退化高寒草地牧草品质及土壤养分的影响。本实验以达日县特合土乡夏曲村退化高寒草地为研究对象,设置不同梯度尿素用量(A1:0 kg·hm^(-2),A2:75 kg·hm^(-2),A3:225 kg·hm^(-2),A4:375 kg·hm^(-2)和A5:525 kg·hm^(-2))和不同梯度磷酸二铵用量(B1:0 kg·hm^(-2),B2:75 kg·hm^(-2),B3:150 kg·hm^(-2),B4:300 kg·hm^(-2)和B5:450 kg·hm^(-2))并配施发酵粪肥,以不施粪肥和化肥为对照(CK)。分析粪肥配施两种化肥对高寒退化草地群落结构,生产力及牧草品质的影响。结果表明,粪肥配施化肥,可显著提高退化草地草层高度、生物量和牧草品质,粪肥配施尿素A4处理(尿素:375 kg·hm^(-2))生产力最高,其干草质量是CK干草质量的2.5倍以上,粪肥配施磷酸二铵B3处理(磷酸二铵:150 kg·hm^(-2))牧草品质最佳。粪肥配施尿素A5处理(尿素:525 kg·hm^(-2))下土壤有机碳含量最高,较CK增量达到10.32 g·kg^(-1);粪肥配施磷酸二铵可显著增加土壤全磷含量,各施肥处理增幅在29.41%~64.71%之间。根据主成分分析和综合评价结果得出,粪肥配施尿素和磷酸二铵,二者施用量分别为375和150 kg·hm^(-2)草地改良效果最好。
In order to explore the effects of manure combined with chemical fertilizer on forage quality and soil nutrients in degraded alpine grassland in Dari County.In this experiment,the degraded alpine grassland in Xiaqu Village,Tehetu Township,Dari County was taken as the research object,and different gradient urea dosages were set(A1:0 kg·hm^(-2),A2:kg·hm^(-2),A3:225 kg·hm^(-2),A4:375 kg·hm^(-2) and A5:525 kg·hm^(-2))and different levels of diammonium phosphate(B1:0 kg·hm^(-2),B2:75 kg·hm^(-2),B3:150 kg·hm^(-2),B4:300 kg·hm^(-2) and B5:450 kg·hm^(-2))were combined with fermented manure,with no manure and chemical fertilizer as control(CK).The effects of manure combined with the two kinds of chemical fertilizers on community struc-ture,productivity and forage quality of alpine degraded grassland were analyzed.The results showed that manure combined with chemical fertilizer could significantly improve the grass layer height,biomass and forage quality of degraded grassland.Manure combined with urea A4 treatment(urea:375 kg·hm^(-2))had the highest productivity,and its hay quality was more than 2.5 times that of CK hay.Manure combined with diammonium phosphate B3 treatment(diammonium phosphate:150 kg·hm^(-2))had the best forage quality.The content of soil organic carbon was the highest under the treatment of manure combined with urea A5(urea:525 kg·hm^(-2)),which was 10.32 kg·hm^(-2) higher than CK.Manure combined with diammonium phosphate significantly increased the total phosphorus content in soil,and the increase rate of each fertilization treatment was between 29.41%and 64.71%.According to the results of principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation,when the application amount of urea is 375 kg·hm^(-2),the grassland improvement effect is the best when it is combined with manure.When the application amount of diammonium phosphate is 150 kg·hm^(-2),the combina-tion of diammonium phosphate and manure has the best grassland improvement effect.
