软土深基坑伺服钢支撑轴力动态设置

Axial Force Setting Method of Servo Steel Struts for Deep Foundation Pit in Soft Soils

摘要 为弥补现阶段伺服钢支撑单一阈值作为标定轴力的不足,利用弹性地基梁模型进行基坑围护结构简化,采用考虑支撑极限承载力为上限的可变“集中力”模拟伺服钢支撑,基于ABAQUS软件建立有限元分析模型并与遗传算法进行联合运算,提出了伺服钢支撑轴力动态设置的联合求解法。利用伺服钢支撑的伺服轴力调整功能,基于本文的伺服钢支撑轴力动态设置方法,以实际工程需求为导向,通过目标函数设置可给出最优的轴力参考值,为技术人员伺服轴力调控提供参考依据,助力实现基坑“主动调控、微变形控制”的高质量发展目标。 To address the current limitation of using a single threshold for the calibration of servo steel support axial force,an elastic foundation beam model was employed to simplify the excavation support structure.A variable“concentrated force”approach,considering the ultimate bearing capacity of the support as the upper limit,was adopted to simulate the servo steel support.A finite element analysis model was developed using ABAQUS software combined with a genetic algorithm for joint computation,proposing a combined solution method for the dynamic setting of servo steel strut axial force.Utilizing the servo steel strut’s dynamic force adjustment function and based on the dynamic axial force setting method proposed in this paper,the optimal force reference value can be determined through objective function setting,providing reference guidelines for technical staff to regulate servo steel strut’s support forces,thereby contributing to the realization of the high-quality development goals of“active regulation,micro-deformation control”in excavation engineering.
