摘要
目的:通过对国家专利中药复方在治疗原发性痛经方面的应用规律进行分析,为临床实践中应用中药治疗该病症提供参考依据。方法:在国家专利数据库中检索治疗原发性痛经的中药复方,根据纳排标准筛选后录入Excel表中进行规范并建立处方药物数据库。利用R语言软件对处方药物进行数据分析,其中包括对药物使用频率的统计、药物性味归经的分类统计,同时借助关联规则、高频药物的相关系数计算与聚类分析方式来挖掘药物使用的潜在规律。结果:本次研究共涵盖572个中药复方,所涉及的中药种类达992种。从药物使用频率及关联规则分析结果来看,当归、延胡索、香附、川芎以及白芍是专利复方治疗原发性痛经的核心药物。从性味归经来看,药性以温性最为普遍,药味以辛、苦、甘占主导,多数药物归属于肝经。相关系数较高的药物组合有当归—川芎、延胡索—香附、桃仁—红花、五灵脂—蒲黄,聚类分析得到两个核心药物组合。结论:国家专利中药复方针对原发性痛经的治疗,主要采用活血化瘀、调经止痛的方法,并依据患者个体差异,辅以理气、温经等辨证施治手段。
Objective:To analyze the application rules of national patent traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions in treating primary dysmenorrhea,aiming to provide a reference basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease in clinical practice.Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for treating primary dysmenorrhea were retrieved from the national patent database.After screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,they were entered into an Excel table for standardization and a prescription drug database was established.The R language software was used to conduct data analysis on the prescription drugs,including the statistics of drug usage frequency,the classification statistics of drug natures,flavors,and meridian tropisms,and the correlation coefficient calculation for high-frequency drugs.Additionally,association rules and cluster analysis methods were employed to explore the potential rules of drug usage.Results:A total of 572 traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions were covered in this study,involving 992 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.According to the analysis results of drug usage frequency and association rules,Angelica sinensis,Corydalis yanhusuo,Cyperus rotundus,Ligusticum chuanxiong,and Paeonia lactiflora are the core drugs in patent compound prescriptions for treating primary dysmenorrhea.From the perspective of natures,flavors,and meridian tropisms,drugs with warm nature are the most common,and drugs with pungent,bitter,and sweet flavors are dominant.Most drugs belong to the Liver Meridian.Drug pairs with high correlation coefficients include Angelica sinensis-Ligusticum chuanxiong,Corydalis yanhusuo-Cyperus rotundus,Prunus persica-Carthamus tinctorius,and Pollen typhae-Faeces trogopterori.Furthermore,clustering analysis revealed two core drug combinations.Conclusion:In the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,the national patent traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions mainly adopt the methods of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and regulating menstruation to relieve pain,and supplemented with syndrome differentiation and treatment means such as regulating qi and warming the meridian according to individual differences of patients.
