摘要
随着数字化医疗护理的发展,护理服务的领域和内容不断延伸,促使高职护理学研究范畴不断拓宽,高职护理教育亦呈现数字化发展趋势,培养复合型人才成为发展的必然趋势,而数字环境、数字技术、数字资源为高职护理人才培养改革提供新思路。本文综述了我国高职护理人才培养数字赋能的需求、发展现状路径并分析其效益,旨在为进一步提升高职复合型护理人才培养质量提供参考。
With the development of digital healthcare,the scope and content of nursing services have been continuously extended,promoting the expansion of vocational nursing research,vocational nursing education is also showing a trend toward digital development,and cultivating interdisciplinary talent has become an inevitable trend.The digital environment,digital technologies,and digital resources provide new ideas for reforming vocational nursing talent cultivation.This paper describes the demand and current development status of digital empowerment in the cultivation of vocational nursing talent in China,analyzes the paths of digital empowerment in nursing education,and evaluates the benefits,providing a reference for improving the quality of vocational nursing talent cultivation.
