摘要
随着新能源渗透率持续提升,柔性负荷的快速感知与高效控制成为电网调度精度提升的关键路径。文章分析传统柔性负荷通信控制方法在边缘识别、策略联动与指令闭环方面存在的响应迟滞与协调不足问题,研究基于边缘计算架构的新能源柔性负荷通信控制机制,提出包括控制越限触发方法、控制策略择优方法、控制指令执行方法与控制偏差修正方法在内的分层本地控制体系,旨在实现柔性负荷的动态感知、就地响应与闭环调节。
With the continuous increase in renewable energy penetration,rapid perception and efficient control of flexible loads have become a key pathway to improving the precision of power grid dispatching.This paper analyzes the problems of response delay and insufficient coordination in traditional flexible load communication control methods regarding edge recognition,strategy coordination,and closed-loop command execution.It investigates a communication control mechanism for new energy flexible loads based on an edge computing architecture,and proposes a layered local control system including the over-limit triggering method,strategy optimization method,command execution method,and deviation correction method,aiming to achieve dynamic perception,local response,and closed-loop regulation of flexible loads.
