摘要
目的探讨津力达颗粒联合达格列净对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的临床疗效。方法选取早期DN患者90例,按照随机数表法分为对照组、观察组各45例;对照组予达格列净治疗,观察组予津力达颗粒联合达格列净治疗;对比两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、血糖指标、肾功能与血脂指标、炎症指标及不良反应。结果观察组总治疗有效率(93.33%)较对照组(75.56%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗12周中医证候积分、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿微量白蛋白、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期DN患者采用津力达颗粒联合达格列净治疗效果较好,可减轻临床症状,调节血糖、肾功能与血脂指标,降低炎症反应,且安全性好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jinlida Granule combined with Dapagliflozin in the patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 90 patients with early DN were selected and were divide into the control group and an observation group using a random number table method,each with 45 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with dapagliflozin,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Jinlida granule combined with Dapagliflozin.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,blood glucose index,renal function and lipid index,inflammatory index and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(75.56%),showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of TCM syndrome score,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postmeal blood glucose(PBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc),glycated serum protein(GSP),creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary microalbumin,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),interleukin-6(IL-6)and hypersensitivity.C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Jinlida Granule combined with Dapagliflozin in the patients with early DN is good,which alleviates the clinical symptoms,regulates the blood glucose,renal function and lipid indexes,and reduces the inflammatory response,with good safety.
