天然气管道系统是全球能源供应的关键组成部分,其安全运营和维护至关重要。随着技术的进步,数字孪生技术已成为优化天然气管道完整性管理的前沿方法。文章详细探讨了基于数字孪生技术的天然气管道完整性管理系统的设计与实现,包括数字孪生模型的构建、实时监测与数据分析、管道状态评估、预测预警功能以及维修优化决策支持的集成应用,并通过实际案例分析了该技术在提高管道安全性、优化维护操作和降低运营成本方面的实际效果。
The natural gas pipeline system is a key component of global energy supply,and its safe operation and maintenance are crucial.With the advancement of technology,digital twin technology has become a cutting-edge method for optimizing the integrity management of natural gas pipelines.This paper discusses in detail the design and implementation of a natural gas pipeline integrity management system based on digital twin technology,including the construction of digital twin models,real-time monitoring and data analysis,pipeline status assessment,predictive warning functions,and integrated application of maintenance optimization decision support.Through practical case analysis,the actual effects of this technology in improving pipeline safety,optimizing maintenance operations,and reducing operating costs are analyzed.
