摘要
目的探讨针灸联合脐灸治疗功能性消化不良脾胃气虚证患者的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法选择功能性消化不良(FD)脾胃气虚证患者78例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用针灸联合脐灸治疗。2组疗程均为4周。比较2组治疗前后临床症状评分、生活质量、胃肠激素水平、胃排空时间变化情况。结果治疗后,2组临床症状评分、生活质量评分、胃排空时间较治疗前均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组胃肠激素水平较治疗前均升高,且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合脐灸治疗功能性消化不良脾胃气虚证患者能够减轻临床症状,提高生活质量,调节胃肠激素水平,改善胃肠动力。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and mechanisms of acupuncture combined with navel moxibustion therapy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)of type of dificiency of spleen qi and stomach qi.Methods 78 patients with FD of type of dificiency of spleen qi and stomach qi were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine,while the observation group received acupuncture combined with navel moxibustion therapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.Changes in clinical symptom scores,quality of life,gastrointestinal hormone levels,and gastric emptying time between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,clinical symptom scores,quality of life scores,and gastric emptying time of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,gastrointestinal hormone levels in both groups increased compared to before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with navel moxibustion therapy can alleviate clinical symptoms,enhance quality of life,regulate gastrointestinal hormone levels,and improve gastrointestinal motility in patients with FD of type of dificiency of spleen qi and stomach qi.
