摘要
目的:观察枳实消痞汤加减治疗寒热错杂型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取功能性消化不良患者112例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各56例。对照组进行常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予枳实消痞汤加减治疗。观察两组疗效、生化指标、胃排空率、中医证候积分及不良反应。结果:对照组总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组GAS、MOT、SS水平高于治疗前,且观察组改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃排空率高于治疗前,中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见严重不良反应。结论:枳实消痞汤可有效促进寒热错杂型功能性消化不良患者胃排空,改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,且安全性较高。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhishi Xiaopi decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:112 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated by ordinery method.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Zhishi Xiaopi decoction.The curative effect,biochemical index,gastric emptying rate,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,GAS,MOT and SS in both groups were higher than before treatment,the observation group was more oberious with the significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,gastric emptying rate in both groups was higher than before treatment,TCM syndrome score was lower than before treatment,the observation group was more oberious with the significant difference(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Zhishi Xiaopi decoction can effectively promote the gastric emptying,improve the clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect,and has high safety.
