基于改进神经网络PID控制的施肥调控策略研究

摘要 在作物培育过程中,采用精准的施肥流量控制有利于作物对养分的吸收,过量施肥会破坏土壤的结构。因此本文提出一种改进的神经网络比例积分微分控制方法,针对施肥所用机械系统和肥液的浓度对施肥量控制上带来的非线性、时变性和滞后性等问题,通过算法的有效计算实现精确跟踪和控制。利用MATLAB软件进行算法对比仿真,对比结果表明,算法可以较为准确、快速的实现水肥流量目标值的调控。 During the crop cultivation process,precise fertilizer flow control is beneficial to crop nutrient absorption.If the amount of fertilizer is not effectively controlled during fertilization,it will greatly affect the absorption of nutrients by plants,and excessive fertilization will also damage the structure of the soil.Therefore,the precise regulation of water and fertilizer flow rate is very important for agricultural production and the conservation of water and fertilizer.Based on this,this paper proposes an improved neural network PID control method.This method addresses the nonlinearity,time-varying nature,and hysteresis brought about by the mechanical system used for fertilization and the concentration of the fertilizer solution in the control of the fertilizer amount.Through effective algorithmic calculations,it achieves precise tracking and control.The algorithm was compared and simulated using MATLAB software.The comparison results show that the algorithm can accurately and quickly achieve the regulation of the target flow rate.
