机械改土技术在白浆土改良中的应用与发展

摘要 为了更好地适应白浆土改良的需求,为白浆土改良和农业可持续发展提供支撑,并引领白浆土改良技术的革新,阐述了白浆土的特性和改良必要性,分析了机械技术改良白浆土的国内外发展历程;从土壤剖面改良和农田水文调控角度对深松深耕技术、心土混层耕技术、心土培肥技术,以及低洼农田蓄水排涝技术的原理和典型机械的应用效果进行分析;就现阶段机械改土在技术研发与推广、技术适配性和生态环境方面存在的问题进行了深入研究,指出了在未来的研究和实践中,白浆土机械改良技术将向智能化、精准化、多功能集成化和绿色环保化方向发展的趋势;总结了实时感知土壤状况、因地制宜的规划改良地域和改良方式,在显著提升土壤的整体作业质量和效率、彻底打破白浆土的土壤障碍层并实现作物产量、品质双提升方面的重要作用和意义。 In order to meet the demands on albic soil improvement further more,and meanwhile to provide supports for albic soil improvement and sustainable development of agriculture,and to lead the innovation of albic soil improvement technologies,the properties of albic soil and its improving necessity had been elaborated,the development of mechanical technologies on albic soil improvement home and abroad had been analyzed;a comprehensive analysis had been performed on the principles and application effects of typical mechanical applications of deep plowing and deep loosening technology,subsoil mixed-layer cultivation technology,subsoil fertilization technology,and water storage and drainage technology of low-lying farmland from the view of soil profile improvement and farmland hydrological regulation;the problems faced by mechanical soil improving technology in research and promotion,technical compatibility,and ecological environment at the present stage was studied;in future research and practice,the mechanical improving technology on albic soil will be tended to the directions of intelligence,precision,multifunctional integration,and green and environmental protection was pointed;the real-time monitoring of soil conditions and the planning of improvement areas and methods adapted to local conditions play significant and important roles on remarkable increasing of overall operational quality and efficiency of soil,complete breaking through of albic soil barrier layer,and the achievement of dual improvements in yield and quality was summarized.
