摘要
随着我国“一带一路”倡议的推进,科学配置应急救援装备是当前境外中资企业应对安全风险的迫切需求。本文通过调研分析国际上应急救援物资和装备发展较为先进国家或组织机构所制定的标准规范,通过差异分析,研究提出适合境外中资企业应急救援物资和装备的合理化建议,保障企业在面对各类突发事件时能够迅速有效响应、及时救援。
With the accelerated implementation of China's the Belt and Road initiative,the scientific allocation of emergency rescue equipment has emerged as a critical imperative for overseas Chinese enterprises to mitigate security risks.This article conducts research and analysis on standards and specifications formulated by countries and organizations with advanced development of emergency rescue supplies and equipment internationally,according to differential analysis,proposes an rational suggestions for emergency rescue materials and equipment that suitable for overseas Chinese enterprises,which ensuring that enterprises can respond quickly and effectively to various emergencies and provide rescue timely.
