摘要
在“双减”政策深化课后服务改革的背景下,论文以湘潭市“小妃书屋”为案例,剖析该馆构建的馆校协同服务机制,探究私人图书馆提升中小学生学习力的路径。实践表明:在“双师制”团队、《诗经》等特色资源、实景教学空间及需求精准匹配的四维协同框架下参与课后教育服务,可有效激发中小学生学习内驱力。基于此,提出强化主体协同构建服务生态,深化资源协同促进知识迁移,提升平台协同赋能知识应用,优化人才协同完善团队结构等应对策略,为私人图书馆深度融入馆校协同育人体系提供参考。
Against the backdrop of the deepening of after-school service reform under the“Double Reduction”policy,this paper takes the“Xiaofei Bookstore”in Xiangtan City as a case study to analyze the library-school collaborative service mechanism,and explore the path for private libraries to enhance the learning ability of primary and secondary school students.Practice shows that participating in after-school education services under the four-dimensional collaborative framework of the“dual-teacher system”team,“The Book of Songs”characteristic resources,real-scene teaching spaces,and precise demand matching can effectively stimulate the intrinsic motivation of primary and secondary school students to learn.Based on this,the paper proposes strategies such as strengthening the collaboration of subjects to build a service ecosystem,deepening resource collaboration to promote knowledge transfer,enhancing platform collaboration to empower knowledge application,and optimizing talent collaboration to improve team structure,providing references for private libraries to deeply integrate into the library-school collaborative education system.
