板式家具铰链安全与经济布局策略研究

Research on Safe and Economical Layout Strategies for Hinges in Panel Furniture

摘要 研究了大尺度柜门铰链在不同安装布局策略下板件及铰链的静力学特性,以期为优化板式家具铰链布局和减量化设计提供参考。分析了柜门系统的受力情况,定性测试了系统在超负荷下的破坏特点,建立了铰链及板件的离散化模型,并使用CAE有限元仿真方法分别分析了单/双铰链、多铰链布局下铰链和板件的变形与等效应力情况。结果表明:柜门系统超负荷破坏发生在关闭状态下旁板自攻丝螺孔处的板件破损,与关门时旁板的等效应力为全状态下最大值的仿真计算吻合。布局方式对板件的应力及分布有显著影响,铰链安装个数与板件最大等效应力呈负相关。综合比较后,方案1、4、5、6较稳健,四铰链固定时可采用方案5和6以达到减量设计和节省成本的目的。 In this study,the static mechanical properties of large-scale cabinet door hinges and panels under different installation layouts were investigated,in order to provide references for optimizing hinge layouts and reducing material usage in panel furniture design.The stress distribution in the cabinet door system was analyzed and the failure characteristics under overload conditions were qualitatively tested.A discretized model of the hinges and panels was established,and CAE finite element simulation was used to analyze the deformation and equivalent stress of the hinges and panels under single,double,and multiple hinge layouts.The results showed that overload failure of the cabinet system occurred at the self-tapping screw holes of the side panels when the door was closed,which corresponded with the maximum equivalent stress in the side panels during door closure.The layout significantly affected the stress and distribution on the panels,with the number of hinges negatively correlating with the maximum equivalent stress on the panels.Among the various configurations,schemes 1,4,5,and 6 were more robust,and schemes 5 and 6 were recommended for four-hinge setups to achieve material reduction and cost savings.
