摘要
农村食品安全问题多,治理难度大,严重影响农村居民的健康安全和社会稳定,是实现乡村振兴和健康中国的基础之策。文章认为食品安全治理是党和国家的重要执政理念和强大意志;分析了农村地区食品安全治理面临的主要困境;从农村地区食品安全治理的政治自觉、治理力度、履职能力、信息技术应用、社会治理共同体五个方面提出了治理的策略。
The issues of food safety in rural areas are numerous and the governance challenges are significant,which severely affect the health safety of rural residents and social stability.Undoubtedly,food safety governance is an important foundational policy for realizing rural revitalization and Healthy China.The article argues that food safety governance is an important governing philosophy demonstrating the strong will of the Party and the state.It analyzes the main challenges faced in food safety governance in rural areas,and proposes governance strategies from five aspects:political awareness,governance intensity,duty performance,application of information technology,and social governance community.
