教共体框架下全科医学“双师型”师资建设的探索与研究

摘要 随着新医科和“互联网+”的快速发展,基层“双师型”全科医学师资队伍建设迎来了巨大的契机。秉承“校地共育、校院联动、院院协同、共同发展”的工作理念,以“医共体”建设为契机,与实习基地医院建立“教共体”模式。通过优势互补、资源共享等方式,培养具备临床带教能力,并懂得教育教学理论和实践的全科医学临床师资和基层实践师资的“双师”队伍,提升全科医学“双师型”师资队伍的带教质量,推进全科医学教育发展,助力基层医疗卫生的发展。 With the rapid development of new medical science and Internet+,a huge opportunity has been brought to the“Dual-qualified Teachers”construction of faculty of general practitioners.We adhere to the work philosophy of“school-local co-education,school-hospital linkage,inter-hospital collaboration,and common development”,and take the construction of the“medical community”as an opportunity to establish a“teaching community”model with the training hospital through complementary advantages,and resource sharing,aiming to cultivate a“dual-qualified”teacher team of clinical and grassroots level practice teachers with clinical teaching abilities and understanding of educational theory and practice.This will improve the teaching quality of the“Dualqualified Teacher”team,promote the development of general medical education,and assist the development of grassroots level medical and health care.
