摘要
在社会对人才要求日益提升的当下,高等教育正面临前所未有的挑战。产出导向教育(OBE)作为一种先进教育理念,着重强调以学生为中心,以学习成果为导向,持续改进教学质量。该文基于OBE理念,深入探究高校排球课程教学质量评价体系的构建与应用。通过构建契合OBE理念的高校排球课程教学质量评价体系,旨在优化教学质量,显著提升学生的排球技能与综合素质,为高等教育教学质量的提升提供有益参考。
In an era where societal demands for talent are escalating,higher education confronts unparalleled challenges.Outcome-based education(OBE),as an advanced educational philosophy,places a strong emphasis on being student-centered,outcome-oriented,and dedicated to the continuous improvement of teaching quality.This paper,grounded in the OBE philosophy,delves into the construction and application of the teaching quality evaluation system for college volleyball courses.By establishing a college volleyball course teaching quality evaluation system that is in line with the OBE philosophy,the paper aims to optimize teaching quality and significantly enhance students'volleyball skills and comprehensive quality,offering a valuable reference for the improvement of teaching quality in higher education.
