摘要
从本体论、认识论、价值论三个向度探寻民间文书的意义,旨在分别强调意义的实在性、理解性、建构性。融合三个向度阐释民间文书意义,有利于实现民间文书意义于内在性与赋予性、排他性与思辨性、确定性与建构性等方面的辩证统一,从而有利于实现文本、生产者、阐释者达成意义阐释的内在一致性。
Exploring the significance of folk contract from triple dimensions:ontology,epistemology and axiology,with the aim of emphasizing the realism,comprehensibility,and constructiveness of meaning respectively.Integrating triple dimensions to interpret the significance of folk contract is conducive to achieving a dialectical unity of the significance of folk contract in terms of internalization and endowment,exclusivity and speculation,certainty and constructiveness,and thus facilitating the true internal consistency among the text,producers,and interpreters.
