摘要
在教育数字化转型的背景下,高校业务系统与档案系统的高效协同是提升校园管理和高校档案信息化建设的关键。然而当前一体化对接成效欠佳,制约了智慧校园的发展。本文深入分析智慧校园业务系统与档案系统一体化对接现状,挖掘数据碎片、标准缺失、管理脱节等核心问题,提出一体化对接的协同体系策略,从三维度(技术路径、制度规范、服务模式)一底座(安全保障)构建基于档案信息系统、体制机制、技术创新、业务融合、安全保障的优化方案,为系统协同体系构建、档案数字化转型及教育资源整合提供理论与实践方案。
In the context of digital transformation in education,efficient collaboration between university business systems and archive systems is the key to enhancing campus management and informationization construction of university Archives.However,the current lack of integration and integration has hindered the development of smart campuses.This article deeply analyzes the current situation of the integration and docking between the smart campus business system and the archive system,explores core issues such as data fragmentation,missing standards,and management disconnection,proposes a collaborative system strategy for integrated docking,and constructs an optimization plan based on archive information system,institutional mechanism,technological innovation,business integration,and security guarantee from three dimensions(technical path,institutional norms,service mode)to one base(security guarantee),providing theoretical and practical solutions for the construction of system collaboration system,digital transformation of Archives,and integration of educational resources.
