摘要
血脂异常在肝移植受者中较为常见,其成因复杂多样,不仅与免疫抑制剂的使用有关,还受肥胖、糖尿病及营养状态等其他危险因素影响。肝移植后血脂异常的治疗策略主要包括调整生活方式、优化免疫抑制剂的剂量或种类以及应用降脂药物。深入了解肝移植后血脂异常的病因,对于制定个体化治疗和长期管理方案具有重要意义。本文概述了肝脏在脂代谢中的关键作用,探讨了肝移植后影响脂代谢的各类因素,并总结了相应的治疗及管理方法。
Dyslipidemia is common among liver transplant recipients,and its etiology is complex and multifactorial.It is not only associated with the use of immunosuppressants but is also influenced by other risk factors such as obesity,diabetes and nutritional status.The therapeutic strategies for post-transplant dyslipidemia mainly include lifestyle modifications,optimization of the dosage or type of immunosuppressants and the use of lipid-lowering drugs.An in-depth understanding of the causes of post-transplant dyslipidemia is crucial for developing individualized treatment and long-term management plans.This article reviewed the liver's key role in lipid metabolism,discussed the various factors affecting lipid metabolism after liver transplantation,and summarized the corresponding treatment and management approaches.
