病毒感染与血压、血脂异常 被引量：1

摘要 高血压和血脂异常作为心脑血管病发病的危险因素,其发病原因和机制复杂。研究发现病毒感染可能是高血压、血脂异常、动脉粥样硬化等相关疾病的致病因素,机制可能为:①直接感染血管细胞,进而损伤内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞,直接影响血压、血脂代谢,导致动脉粥样硬化;②通过感染非血管细胞诱导全身慢性炎症,间接影响血压和血脂[1-2]。
