寒武系板岩隧道洞渣碎石在水泥混凝土中的应用

摘要 采用二级破碎工艺+多阶段的除尘措施,同时配合隧道洞渣分挑、优选料源等质量控制方法,加工出性能指标满足工程建设Ⅱ类粗集料要求的寒武系板岩隧道洞渣碎石,并成功应用至某高速公路项目C40及以下等级混凝土。结果表明:隧道洞渣碎石可配制出工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能良好的混凝土;隧道洞渣混凝土不同龄期抗压强度、抗渗性能、抗氯离子渗透性能均满足设计及施工要求,实体结构质量可靠。 The two-stage crushing process+multi-stage dust removal measures were adopted,together with the material source quality control methods such as tunnel slag separation and optimization,to process the Cambrian slate tunnel slag gravel with performance indicators meeting the requirements of classⅡcoarse aggregate for engineering construction.The tunnel slag gravel was successfully applied to the production of C40 and below grade concrete in the second contract section of a highway civil engineering project.The result shows that,the tunnel slag gravel can be prepared into a kind of concrete with good working performance,mechanical properties and durability.The compressive strength,impermeability and chloride ion penetration resistance of tunnel slag concrete at all ages meet the design and construction requirements,and the quality of the solid structure is reliable.
