摘要
为推广山区石灰岩隧道洞渣的应用,采用室内试验和实体工程验证相结合的方法,探究了石灰岩隧道洞渣在沥青混合料中的适用性,分析了石灰岩隧道洞渣集料的生产质量控制方法,验证了石灰岩隧道洞渣沥青混合料的应用效果。结果表明:石灰岩隧道洞渣可用作沥青路面中下面层粗集料;采用人工优选、集中堆放、颚式破碎机+反击式破碎机+反击式破碎机的三级破碎工艺、预置筛网和引风式除尘相结合的多步骤降尘工艺对石灰岩隧道洞渣集料的生产质量进行控制,经过这些方法处理后,成品集料较洁净、颗粒形状较好、质量可控;配制的AC-20C的60℃动稳定度、残留稳定度、冻融劈裂残留强度比和低温弯曲应变分别为7152次/mm、91.2%、87.9%和2709×10^(-6),铺筑的试验路质量满足现行技术规范要求。该研究成果可为石灰岩隧道洞渣在沥青混合料中的推广利用提供技术支撑与工程参考。
In order to promote the application of limestone tunnel slag in mountainous areas,the applicability of limestone tunnel slag in asphalt mixtures was explored by combination of indoor experiments and physical engineering verification,the production quality control method was analyzed and the application effect of limestone tunnel slag asphalt mixtures was verified.The results indicate that limestone tunnel slag can be coarse aggregate for the lower layer of asphalt pavement;The production quality is controlled by a multi-step dust reduction process of manual selection,centralized stacking,jaw crusher+impact crusher+impact crusher,pre installed screen and induced draft dust removal.After these measures,the finished aggregate is relatively clean with good particle shape and controllable quality;The dynamic stability,residual stability,freeze-thaw splitting residual strength ratio and low-temperature bending strain of the prepared AC-20C at 60℃are 7152 cycles/mm,91.2%,87.9%,and 2709×10^(-6)respectively.The quality of the paved test road meets the current technical specifications.This research can provide technical support and engineering reference for the promotion and utilization of limestone tunnel slag in asphalt mixtures.
