摘要
【目的】深入探讨预拌混凝土添加剂对混凝土性能的影响。【方法】采用理论分析、试验分析等研究方法,系统分析不同掺量添加剂对混凝土抗压强度、抗渗性和抗冻性的改善效果。【结果】研究结果表明,选用聚羧酸减水剂作为预拌混凝土添加剂,并将其掺量控制在0.9%,可以显著提升混凝土的抗压强度和耐久性,优化了抗渗和抗冻性能。【结论】研究成果为预拌混凝土添加剂的选择与应用提供了重要参考。
[Purposes]This study aims to thoroughly investigate the effects of pre-mixed concrete addi⁃tives on concrete properties.[Methods]Through theoretical analysis and experimental approaches,the improvement effects of different additive dosages on concrete′s compressive strength,impermeability,and frost resistance were systematically analyzed.[Findings]The results demonstrate that using polycar⁃boxylate superplasticizer as an additive for pre-mixed concrete at an optimal dosage of 0.9%signifi⁃cantly enhances both compressive strength and durability,while also optimizing impermeability and frost resistance.[Conclusions]The findings provide valuable references for the selection and application of additives in pre-mixed concrete.
