摘要
研究了比表面积为400 m2/kg的矿渣粉,掺量在50%范围内对混凝土的坍落度、强度以及抗渗、抗冻、收缩3方面耐久性的影响。试验研究表明:混凝土中掺入矿渣粉可以降低混凝土的坍落度损失和单位混凝土的用水量;随着矿渣粉掺量的增加,混凝土的早期强度降低,但是矿渣粉掺量在30%以内的混凝土28 d强度要高于基准混凝土;随着矿渣掺量的增加,混凝土的抗渗、抗冻性能增强,收缩值减小。
Investigate the influence of the content of ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS)with the area of 400 m2/kg on the slump constant,the strength and the durability of the concrete.In this paper,the durability of the concrete includes the impermeability,the freezing-thawing and the shrinkage and the content of GGBS is no more than 50%.The results indicated that adding GGBS in the concrete could decrease the slump constant loss and the water requirement of the concrete.With the increase of the content of GGBS,the early strength of the concrete decreased,but the 28 days strength of the concrete with no more than 30% GGBS was higher than the reference concrete.With the rise of GGBS,the impermeability and the freezing-thawing of the concrete increased and the shrinkage value decreased.
