引导骨组织再生技术种植修复口腔颌面部创伤后牙缺失伴骨缺损的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Guided Bone Regeneration Technique in Implant Restoration of Post-Traumatic Dental Defects with Bone Defects in Oral and Maxillofacial Region

摘要目的研究引导骨组织再生技术种植修复口腔颌面部创伤后牙缺失伴骨缺损的临床效果。方法选取2023年1—12月本院收治的口腔颌面部创伤后牙缺失伴骨缺损患者100例为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用上前牙二期种植修复,观察组采用引导骨组织再生技术种植修复,比较两组的种植修复效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的红色美学参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的红色美学参数均较本组治疗前显著提高(P<0.001),但组间相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组不良愈合发生率更低(P<0.05),牙槽嵴股吸收距离更短(P<0.05),表明吸收率越高。结论应用引导骨组织再生技术,可以显著加快口腔颌面部创伤后牙缺失伴骨缺损患者的康复进程,增加骨量并提升美容效果,同时也能有效改善患者的心理状态,具备较高的临床价值。 Objective To study the clinical effect of guided bone regeneration technique in implant restoration of post-traumatic dental defects with bone defects in oral and maxillofacial region.Methods A total of 100 patients from January 2023 to December 2023 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups(50 cases/group).The control group was treated with stageⅡimplant restoration of upper anterior teeth,while the observation group was treated with guided bone regeneration technique for implant restoration to compare the effects.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the red aesthetic parameters between the two groups of patients;After treatment,the red aesthetic parameters of both groups of patients were significantly improved compared to before treatment(P<0.001),but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower incidence of poor healing(P<0.05)and a shorter distance of alveolar ridge femoral absorption(P<0.05),indicating a higher absorption rate.Conclusion The application of guided bone regeneration technique can significantly promote the recovery process of patients with post-traumatic dental defects and bone defects in oral and maxillofacial region,increase bone volume and enhance cosmetic effect,and also effectively improve the psychological state of patients,which has extremely important clinical value.
