摘要
富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)是利用自体血提取制备的血小板浓缩制品,因其具有三维立体结构且富含血小板及高浓度的生长因子,被视为一种促进组织愈合的生物材料,近年来已在口腔软硬组织缺损修复中广泛应用。本文对PRF在口腔软硬组织再生中的作用进行论述,客观评判其疗效,为口腔医师正确应用PRF提供参考依据。
Platelet-rich fibrin （PRF） is a platelet concentrated product prepared by extracting the autologous blood, which is regarded as a biomaterial that promotes the tissue healing due to its three-dimensional structure, abundance in platelet as well as a high concentration of growth factors. In recent years, it has been widely employed in the restoration of oral soft and hard tissue defect. This paper discusses the role of PRF in the regeneration of oral soft and hard tissue, objectively evaluates its efficacy, to provide a reference for the proper application of PRF by dentists.
