摘要
目的探究稳定期慢阻肺患者应用麻杏蒌石汤的治疗效果。方法将本院2023年1月—2024年10月收治的60例稳定期慢阻肺患者纳入研究。根据治疗方法不同分为研究组(n=30)、基础组(n=30)。基础组给予常规治疗,研究组加用麻杏蒌石汤治疗。比较两组血气分析指标、肺功能、治疗效果。结果研究组血气分析指标中PaCO_(2)、PaO_(2)及SaO_(2)水平均优于基础组(P<0.05);研究组肺功能中FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC及MMEF水平均高于基础组(P<0.05);研究组治疗效果高于基础组(P<0.05)。结论麻杏蒌石汤能够改善稳定期慢阻肺患者的血气分析指标,提高肺功能和治疗效果。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Maxing Loushi Decoction on stable COPD patients.Methods Sixty stable COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to October 2024 were included in the study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a study group(n=30)and a basic group(n=30).The basic group received conventional treatment methods,while the research group received additional treatment with Maxing Loushi Decoction.Compare two groups of blood gas analysis indicators,lung function,and treatment efficacy.Results The levels of PaCO_(2),PaO_(2),and SaO_(2)in the blood gas analysis indicators of the study group were superior to those of the baseline group(P<0.05);The levels of FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC,and MMEF in the lung function of the study group were higher than those in the baseline group(P<0.05);The treatment effect of the research group was higher than that of the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Loushi Decoction can improve the blood gas analysis indicators of stable COPD patients,enhance lung function,and improve treatment efficacy.
