摘要
目的分析肌内效贴联合皮内针埋针在脑卒中吞咽障碍治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年8月本院收治的60例脑卒中后出现吞咽障碍的患者为研究对象,并随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例患者。其中,对照组治疗方式为皮内针埋针法,观察组在对照组基础上加用肌内效贴联合治疗,对比两组效果。结果对照组治疗后总有效率明显比观察组低(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者各项吞咽指标均比治疗前有所改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组NIHSS评分和SWAL-QOL评分均比治疗前有所下降,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应的总发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论采用皮内针埋针和肌内效贴结合的疗法,对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者进行治疗,有利于优化其神经与吞咽能力,从而提升其日常生活品质,值得推荐应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intramuscular efficacy patch combined with intradermal needle embedding in the treatment of swallowing disorders in stroke.Methods From January 2022 to August 2024,60 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were randomly assigned to two groups:a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received intradermal needle embedding therapy,while the observation group received intramuscular efficacy patches in addition to the control group.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05);After treatment,all swallowing indicators of the two groups of patients improved compared to before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the NIHSS score and SWAL-QOL score of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of intradermal needle embedding and intramuscular efficacy patch therapy is beneficial for optimizing the neurological and swallowing abilities of post-stroke patients with swallowing disorders,thereby improving their quality of daily life.It is recommended for application.
