摘要
目的观察麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗高血压患者的临床疗效。方法本研究选取2022年10月—2024年9月本院收治的80例高血压患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,曲美他嗪治疗)和实验组(40例,麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗)。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、血压变化和心功能改善情况。结果治疗后,实验组和对照组患者在临床疗效、血压变化和心功能改善方面均有显著差异。实验组的总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P=0.009)。在血压变化方面,实验组的收缩压和舒张压均较对照组下降更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组在心功能改善方面表现优异,心功能改善总率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P=0.013)。结论麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗高血压患者较单一使用曲美他嗪具有更好的临床疗效,能够显著改善血压控制及心功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shexiang heart-preserving pill combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods In this study,80 patients with hypertension from October 2022 to September 2024 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases,trimetazidine treatment)and experimental group(40 cases,Shexiang heart-preserving pill combined with trimetazidine treatment)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure changes and cardiac function improvement of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,there were significant differences in clinical efficacy,blood pressure changes and cardiac function improvement between the experimental group and the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%,P=0.009).In terms of blood pressure changes,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group performed well in the improvement of heart function,the total improvement rate of heart function was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%,P=0.013).Conclusion Shexiang heartpreserving pill combined with trimetazidine has better clinical efficacy than trimetazidine alone in the treatment of hypertension patients,which can significantly improve blood pressure control and cardiac function,and is worthy of clinical application.
