摘要
目的:观察高血压合并冠心病患者接受健康档案管理的护理效果。方法:选择于2022.4~2024.4在我院就医的110例高血压合并冠心病患者,抽签法分组,对照组55例,接受常规护理,研究组55例,接受健康档案管理,对护理效果进行观察和对比。结果:护理满意度相比,研究组(98.18%)比对照组(83.64%)更好(P<0.05);血压水平相比,护理前2组对比(P>0.05);研究组护理后(82.40±6.45)mmHg、(125.10±7.65)mmHg比对照组(92.56±5.64)mmHg、(134.85±6.72)mmHg更好(P<0.05);心功能指标相比,护理前2组对比(P>0.05);研究组护理后比对照组更好(P<0.05);负性情绪相比,护理前2组对比(P>0.05);研究组护理后(37.62±4.43)分、(36.72±4.58)分比对照组(45.14±5.62)分、(44.22±4.56)分更好(P<0.05);生活质量相比,护理前2组对比(P>0.05);研究组护理后比对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论:高血压合并冠心病患者接受健康档案管理效果良好,护理满意度较高,利于血压、心功能改善,可使负性情绪、生活质量改善,具有较高应用价值。
Objective:To observe the nursing effect of health record management in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods:110 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital from 2022 to 2024.4,55 in the control group received routine care,55 in the research group received health records management,and the nursing effect was observed and compared.Results:Compared with nursing satisfaction,The study group(98.18%)was better than the control group(83.64%)(P<0.05);Compared to the blood pressure levels,Comparing 2 groups before nursing(P>0.05);After the care of the study group(82.40±6.45)mmHg,(125.10±7.65)mmHg was better than the control group(92.56±5.64)mmHg,(134.85±6.72)mmHg(P<0.05);Compared with the indicators of cardiac function,Comparing 2 groups before nursing(P>0.05);The study group was better at nursing care than the control group after nursing care(P<0.05);In contrast to the negative emotions,Comparing 2 groups before nursing(P>0.05);The study group(37.62±4.43)and(36.72±4.58)were better than the control group(45.14±5.62)and(44.22±4.56)(P<0.05);Compared with the quality of life,Comparing 2 groups before nursing(P>0.05);The study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease have good health records management effect,high nursing satisfaction,which is conducive to the improvement of blood pressure and cardiac function,and can improve the negative mood and quality of life,and have high application value.
