摘要
随着“新医科”建设的深入推进,医学与工程、信息科学等多学科的交叉融合成为培养创新型医学人才的重要方向。口腔医学作为一门高度依赖技术与设备的学科,亟须通过医工结合的方式培养复合型创新人才。本文从“新医科”背景出发,探讨口腔医工复合型人才培养的必要性,剖析当前人才培养模式存在的诸多问题,并提出优化课程体系、创新教学方法、强化实践教学、加强师资建设及完善评价体系等改革路径,以期为口腔医学教育改革提供参考。
With the deepening of the construction of new medicine,the cross-integration of medicine,engineering,information science and other disciplines has become an important direction for training innovative medical talents.Stomatology,as a discipline highly dependent on technology and equipment,urgently needs to cultivate compound innovative talents through the combination of medicine and engineering.Based on the background of new medicine,this paper discusses the necessity of cultivating compound talents in stomatology,and analyzes the problems existing in the current talent training mode,and puts forward the reform path of optimizing curriculum system,innovating teaching methods,strengthening practical teaching,strengthening the construction of teachers and improving the evaluation system,in order to provide reference for the reform of stomatology education.
