除硅工艺在酸再生系统中提升氧化铁粉质量的应用研究

摘要 传统酸再生系统运行中产出的氧化铁粉产品杂质含量超标,导致产品品质长期处于较低水平,难以满足高端应用领域的质量要求。为提升氧化铁粉品质,新增除硅工艺。结果表明:该工艺可有效降低酸液中游离酸浓度,显著提高FeCl_(2)相对含量;实现了对硅、铝、钠、钙等杂质含量的有效抑制,使氧化铁粉产品纯度大幅提升,质量显著优化;同时实现了产量稳步增长,提高20%~30%,提升了酸再生工艺的整体效能和经济效益。 The impurity content of iron oxide powder products produced during the operation of traditional acid regeneration system exceeds the standard,resulting in the product quality at a low level for a long time,making it difficult to meet the quality requirements of high-end application fields.In order to improve the quality of iron oxide powder,a new desiliconization process was imported.The results show that this process can effectively reduce the free acid concentration in the acid solution,significantly increase the relative content of FeCl_(2) and effectively suppress the content of impurities such as silicon,aluminum,sodium,and calcium,which greatly improves the purity of iron oxide powder products and significantly optimizes the quality.At the same time,the output has been steadily increased by 20%to 30%,and the overall efficiency and economic benefits of the acid regeneration process have been improved.
