摘要
钢铁企业在冷轧线带钢生产过程中使用盐酸作为酸洗液进行除锈是常见的做法。预浓缩器在酸再生系统中起到了热交换、进料循环、浓缩、循环冷却和生产稳定等多种重要作用,是确保酸再生过程高效、可持续和稳定运行的关键组成部分。本文描述了预浓缩器的液位控制,结合工艺参数和实际操作经验,可提高酸再生系统热交换效率,平稳风机转速,提升再生酸效率,排放的烟气符合国家排放标准。
Steel companies commonly use hydrochloric acid as a pickling solution for rust removal in the production process of cold-rolled strip.The preconcentrator plays various important roles in the acid regeneration system such as heat exchange,feed circulation,concentration,recirculation cooling and production stability.It is a critical component for ensuring efficient,sustainable and stable operation of the acid regeneration process.The paper describes the liquid level control of the preconcentrator,which combines with process parameters and practical operational experience,can improve the heat exchange efficiency of the acid regeneration system,maintain stable fan speed,enhance the efficiency of acid regeneration,and ensure that the emitted flue gas meets national emission standards.
