摘要
目的探讨雾化吸入重组人干扰素α2b治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的效果。方法目的选取2021年8月—2023年8月菏泽市定陶区人民医院收治的60例小儿病毒性肺炎患儿为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用重组人干扰素α2b雾化吸入治疗。比较两组疗效、炎症指标水平、症状消失时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,炎症指标水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、咳痰及发热消失时间分别为(5.11±0.42)d、(3.24±1.01)d、(3.04±0.56)d,均短于对照组的(6.73±0.37)d、(5.14±1.17)d、(4.78±0.51)d,差异均有统计学意义(t=15.852,6.733,12.583;P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α2b经雾化吸入用药可促进小儿病毒性肺炎病症的好转,改善炎症反应,治疗有效率高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of aerosol inhalation of recombinant human interferonα2b in the treatment of viral pneumonia in children.Methods A total of sixty children with viral pneumonia admitted to Heze Dingtao District People′s Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were purposefully selected and divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received conventional treat-ment,while the observation group was treated with aerosol inhalation of recombinant human interferonα2b on the ba-sis of the control group.The therapeutic efficacy,levels of inflammatory indices,symptom disappearance time,and in-cidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of inflammatory indices were lower than those of the control group,differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The disappearance times of cough,expectoration,and fever in the observation group were(5.11±0.42)d,(3.24±1.01)d,and(3.04±0.56)d,which were shorter than(6.73±0.37)d,(5.14±1.17)d,and(4.78±0.51)d in the control group,differences were statistically significant(t=15.852,6.733,12.583;all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of recombinant hu-man interferonα2b can promote the improvement of viral pneumonia in children,alleviate inflammatory reactions,and achieve a high treatment efficiency.
