摘要
通过比较最新中国国家标准(GB)和美国标准(ASTM)关于铜金带弯曲成形试验标准体系、试验机理、材料取样方法、检测评定四个方面,找出两国铜带弯曲成形试验的主要差异。在铜带弯曲成形性能测试严格性和产品可靠性方面,GB/T15825.5-2008比GB/T232-2024严格及可靠,ASTM B820-23比GB/T15825.5-2008更严格、更可靠。为了提升我国铜带标准水平和电子产品可靠性,中国国家标准(GB)组织应该尽早制定专用铜带弯曲试验标准。
By comparing the latest Chinese national standard(GB)and the American standard(ASTM)regarding the standard system,test mechanism,material sampling method,and inspection and evaluation of the bending forming test of copper and gold strips,the main differences in the bending forming test of copper strips between the two countries are identified.In terms of the strictness of the bending forming performance test of copper strips and the reliability of the products,GB/T15825.5-2008is stricter and more reliable than GB/T232-2024,and ASTM B820-23 is stricter and more reliable than GB/T15825.5-2008.
