摘要
为了提高电热封头用STC330R搪瓷钢板的弯曲变形性能,通过脉冲电流辅助STC330R钢板同步电流加载方式对其内部组织进行增强,分析脉冲电流密度对其弯曲成形性能和微观组织的影响。研究结果表明:提高电流密度后,板材获得了更高的弯曲温度,降低了拉压的不对称性,中性层偏移程度较大程度地降低。提高电流密度后,发生塑性变形时,成形载荷显著降低,试样温度升高,引起高温软化现象,同时屈弹比减小,因此,回弹角也减小。随着电流密度的增加,孪晶数量降低,板材内侧区域形成了大量的孪晶,当晶粒受到孪晶界的切割后,形成了许多细小晶粒,在中间区域也观察到明显的孪晶分界层,分界层之外形成了大量尺寸均匀的等轴晶,而板材的外侧组织中只形成了少数孪晶。
In order to improve the bending deformation performance of STC330R enamel steel sheet used in electric heating head,the in-ternal structure of STC330R steel sheet was strengthened by the pulse current assisted synchronous current loading method,and the influ-ences of pulse current density on its bending performance and microstructure were analyzed.The results show that after increasing the cur-rent density,the sheet obtains a higher bending temperature,reduces the tension and compression asymmetry,and the degree of neutral layer offset is greatly reduced.However,after increasing the current density,when the plastic deformation occurs,the forming load is sig-nificantly reduced,and the sample temperature also increases to lead to high-temperature softening phenomenon.At the same time,the buckling-elastic ratio reduces,so the springback angle also decreases.With the increasing of current density,the number of twin crystal decreases,and a large number of twin crystal are formed in the inner area of sheet.Furthermore,when the grains are cut by twin crystal boundaries,many tiny grains are formed,the twin crystal boundary layers in the middle area are also observed obviously,a large number of equiaxed crystals with uniform sizes are formed outside the boundary layers,while only a few of twin crystal are formed in the outer structure of sheet.
